Looking for some holiday fun in the community this weekend? A free family event is coming to Barnesville.
The Barnesville Holiday Extravaganza will take over Ritz Park on Sunday, December 7, from 3:00–6:00 p.m.
Families can enjoy photos with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and even the Grinch, along with a free gift giveaway for kids. Holiday line dancers will perform, and attendees can look forward to funnel cake giveaways, plus ugly sweater and car-decorating competitions.
In addition, the event will include bounce houses, vendors, and craft stations.
A special sensory-sensitive hour for families who desire a quieter environment will be held at 2:00 p.m., just before the main event begins.
All are welcome to this free, family-friendly celebration at Ritz Park.
