Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) will conduct an on-site accreditation review of the Gordon State College Department of Nursing and Health Sciences from March 3–5, 2026.
The visit is part of the continuing accreditation process for the Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) programs.
The public is invited to meet with the ACEN site visit team and share comments about the programs at a meeting scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. The location will be on campus in the Nursing and Allied Health Sciences Building in Room 123.
Written comments regarding the nursing programs may be submitted to ACEN by February 17, 2026, either by email or mail.
