Congratulations are in order for the first group of 2025 to receive Student of the Month recognition at Lamar County Elementary School. These third, fourth, and fifth graders kicked off the new year with great behavior and positive attitudes. January Student of the Month recipients were celebrated on January 30 with commemorative certificates, a “shout out” over the intercom, and a special lunch with family and friends.
