Gordon State College, Georgia Department of Public Health District 4, Lamar County Family Connections, and Royalty Community Health are teaming up to host the second annual Spring into Health Wellness Fair & Blood Drive.
The free event will take place on the campus of Gordon State College and aims to educate students and community members on personal health while connecting them with helpful resources.
The fair will feature more than 40 vendors, along with wellness information, interactive opportunities, and door prize giveaways throughout the afternoon.
A blood drive will also be available for those interested in donating.
The event will be held Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Student Activity and Recreation Center (SARC) on the Gordon State College campus.
Admission is free and open to the public.
Grant Turner is the editor of the Barnesville Buzz and an educator, coach, and writer based in Barnesville, Georgia. He shares stories that bridge community, faith, and personal growth. In addition to teaching and coaching, Grant is Director of Musical Worship and a Sunday School teacher at New Hope Baptist Church in Zebulon, Georgia. He lives in Barnesville with his wife, Haley.
